Salon Policies Please Review
Cancellations:
Your Courtesy is appreciated.
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, emergencies will be taken into consideration.
We reserve the right to charge for reserved appointments cancelled without sufficient notice.
If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, a $25.00 service fee will be assessed. Please also note that deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable if appointment is missed or not cancelled within 24 hours.
Late Policy:
Late arrivals are subject to modification of service in order to remain on schedule.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee the requested full service. Rescheduling your appointment is an available option, and you could be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our Insurance does not allow for unattended children in the salon due to the potentially hazardous chemicals used during your service. Please make other arrangements for your children during appointments.

Because this is your Pampering moment, During your appointment time, we respectfully request that you silence your cell phone & tablet devices or turn them off. Texting is fine with us during a pedicure because we are not working with your hands, but please refrain from answering your cell phone during your nail appointment, any repolishes or fixes after services are completed will be recharged appropriate service fees.
